The EIA reported total U.S. propane/propylene inventories had a withdrawal of 2.1 MMbbl for the week ended November 8, which was above industry expectations for a decrease of 1.2 MMbbl and the average build for the week of 744 Mbbl. Total U.S. propane stocks are now at 98.4 MMbbl.

Shell shut the 18-inch Houma-St. James, Louisiana portion of its Zydeco crude pipeline early Wednesday to investigate an area of concern at St. James, according to market sources. 

Genesis Energy has yet again extended maintenance for its Cameron Highway Oil Pipeline System (CHOPS - red line in map below). The outage is expected to last another four days.

Houston-based Apache Corp. will end all North Sea oil and gas output by December 31, 2029, under pressure from fresh investments needed to meet new U.K. emissions-control rules and changes to levies for the industry.

According to the latest monthly data from the Texas Railroad Commission, Permian Basin crude oil flows to Houston dropped significantly in June due to planned maintenance on the Wink to Webster (W2W) Pipeline.
