Enbridge Strikes Deal to Become The Largest Gas Utility in North America

Enbridge Inc. has entered into an agreement to purchase three Dominion Inc. owned natural gas utilities. The three assets were sold to Enbridge for an aggregate purchase price of ~$9.4 billion, $4.6 billion of which was raised by issuance of both debt and equity.
