Crude exports fell by 2 MMb/d to 3.3 MMb/d, a week after they shot up by 1.4 MMbbl. This is just the latest example of why exports, in particular, are best viewed through the lens of a four-week moving average rather than taking too much stock of the week-to-week reported volatility.
