Erin Tullos Dr. Erin Tullos is a Senior Advisor on Carbon Strategies at Validere. She has 16 years of experience in environmental research, regulatory advocacy and compliance. She also works as Senior Advisor and Uncertainty and Reconciliation expert in the UNEP OGMP 2.0 team and is a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin, researching methane emissions and mitigation.
Ann Davis Vaughan Ann Davis Vaughan is the founder and president of Reservoir Research Partners, an independent research firm in Houston that provides highly customized, in-depth intelligence to institutional investors on public and private companies and markets. Reservoir Research Partners is not an investment adviser, nor is it affiliated with any investment adviser. Prior to founding Reservoir in 2010, she spent two decades as an award-winning investigative and financial journalist, including nearly 14 years at The Wall Street Journal under the longtime byline "Ann Davis." She covered commodity markets and the energy industry from 2006 to 2010.
Dr. Philip Verleger Dr. Philip K. Verleger, Jr. is Owner and President of PKVerleger LLC, an independent consulting firm. Dr. Verleger’s research focuses primarily on the function and structure of energy commodity markets. His studies also encompass the changing relationship between the energy and economic sectors. Dr. Verleger earned his Ph.D. in Economics from MIT in 1971. He began his work in energy as a consultant to the Ford Foundation Energy Policy Project in 1972. He then served as a Senior Staff Economist on President Ford’s Council of Economic Advisers and as Director of the Office of Energy Policy at the US Treasury in President Carter’s administration. He later served as a Senior Research Scholar and Lecturer at Yale University’s School of Organization and Management and as a Vice President in Drexel Burnham Lambert’s Commodities Division. Dr. Verleger was a Senior Fellow and then Visiting Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics from 1986 until 2012. From 2008 to 2010, he served as the David E. Mitchell/EnCana Professor of Management at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business.
Gregory Vesey Greg Vesey is the managing director and chief executive Officer of LNG Ltd. Prior to joining LNG Ltd., he served as president of Chevron Natural Gas and as Chevron's vice president of gas supply and trading. Greg also has served as president of Chevron Global Power, and before that he led Chevron Technology Ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Northwestern State University of Louisiana.
Troy Vincent Troy is an oil market analyst at ClipperData. He has been in the energy research and consulting industry for 4 years, working as a commodity analyst in oil and natural gas for both Schneider Electric and Ingersoll Rand. In his prior roles he has specialized in crude oil and products, natural gas and LNG, and global carbon markets, serving as executive editor and publisher of research reports. Troy has a unique background in economic policy research, working and studying at both the Charles Koch Institute and Ludwig von Mises Institute, and prides himself on an in depth understanding of economics and monetary policy which helps guide his analysis deeper than basic supply and demand fundamentals. Troy holds a BS from Indiana University in Business, Economics and Public Policy.

He is a celebrated thought leader, speaker and author who is currently working on multiple projects, including a new book and television series.
Dylan White Dylan White is an oil market analyst at Genscape in Louisville, KY. Since 2013, he has worked on Genscape’s Oil Storage Team, which publishes weekly inventory data for key storage terminals, including Cushing and New York Harbor. Dylan's analysis on North American crude and refined product markets is regularly featured on the Genscape blog, as well as published in major news outlets and magazines.
John Zanner John Zanner is a fundamental energy analyst, focusing primarily on U.S. crude oil production forecasting and takeaway infrastructure. John worked in midstream operations and business development for Rocky Mountain Crude Oil. John began his career in energy with Twin Eagle as a scheduler and analyst, supporting the company’s crude oil marketing and midstream business development groups. John has worked for the Department of Defense as a Congressional liaison and Middle Eastern affairs analyst. John holds a B.A. in Economics and Communications from Denison University.
Abudi Zein Abudi specializes in energy market pricing, information product development and fundamental analysis. Prior to founding ClipperData, an energy information firm focused on waterborne hydrocarbon movements, he lead efforts at Genscape to create new information products based on the company's proprietary energy data. Abudi has worked in the energy information industry in Tokyo, Singapore, London, Houston and New York. During his career, he held management positions in editorial, product development, marketing, sales and general management. He was CEO for Argus Media, Inc, a Senior Vice President at Oxford Analytica and Sales Director at Platts London. Mr. Zein has a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Hanover in Germany, and a master’s in journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
