U.S. Oil and Gas rig count was up slightly for the week ending November 14, climbing by one vs. a week ago to 549 according to Baker Hughes data. Rigs were added in the Permian (+2) and All Other (+1), while the Anadarko (-1) and Bakken (-1) lost rigs.
