Subscriptions

Log into your account and click on "Account" in the top right corner. Select "My Content" from the drop down menu. A list of your subscriptions and licenses are on the content page along with a navigation menu on the left. 

Our Backstage Pass service gives readers access to our blog archives, drill-down reports and a few other items, while a custom package includes the Backstage Pass as well as all the other subscription reports we offer such as Crude Voyager, NATGAS Permian, and others.

RBN can only transfer qualified annual subscriptions, not monthly. To do so, please contact us at info@rbnenergy.com or call 281-377-6017

Billing

Log into our website, click "My Account" in the top right, then click "Billing". Under the section “Invoice History” click on your subscription. You can then either “Download Invoice” or “Download Receipt”.

  • Please verify that the billing address entered on the order and address entered on your stored credit card match your credit card billing address. This may vary from your current or physical address.
  • If you continue to have issues, please contact us at info@rbnenergy.com or 281-377-6017 and we’ll work to resolve any issue you may be having.

RBN can send an order form and then invoice for annual subscriptions, but all monthly subscriptions are only available via credit cards.

Log into our website, click "My Account" in the top right, and then click "Billing". Under “Current Subscription” click “Cancel Subscription”.

Login, click “My Account”, select “Billing”, under Payment Method, click the “…” next to your credit card on the right, then choose “Make Default”.
