Gas-directed rigs climbed to 135 (+1), their highest level since July 2023, while oil-directed rigs edged up to 455 (+3) and miscellaneous rigs were unchanged at 9. Total U.S. rig count is up 26 over the last 90 days and now stands 50 rigs above this week in 2025.
