The EIA reported total U.S. propane/propylene inventories decreased by 1 MMbbl for the week ended November 1, which was on par with industry expectations. The decrease in propane inventories was about 600 Mbbl more than the average draw for the week. Despite being the third consecutive weekly draw, total U.S. propane stocks remain above the 100-MMbbl threshold by 500 Mbbl and are now 2.1 MMbbl, or 2.1%, above the same week in 2023 and the 5-year maximum.
