ONEOK plans to expand the refined products pipeline capacity bound for the greater Denver area to meet growing demand. The project also aims to increase connectivity with Denver International Airport (DIA).

This follows the conclusion of an open season earlier this year that sought interest from shippers for the plan. The project, which has been fully subscribed under long-term contracts, is set to be completed in mid-2026.

The ~$480-million project includes the construction of a new 230-mile, 16-inch diameter pipe from Scott City, Kansas, to DIA and the addition or upgrading of certain pump stations along the existing refined products pipeline system. The total system capacity will increase by 35 Mb/d, with additional expansion capabilities later.
