U.S. Gulf Coast crude oil exports declined in the week ended July 12, reflecting shutdowns of all Texas ports ahead of Hurricane Beryl’s landfall early July 8.
Crude oil loadings across the Gulf Coast declined 0.6 MMb/d to 3.4 MMb/d last week, which is 583 Mb/d lower than the year-to-date average, per our Crude Voyager report. The four-week moving average (dashed red line in chart below) now sits at 3.8 MMb/d.
