Crude oil exports out of the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) averaged 3.6 MMb/d for the month of November, down 580 Mb/d from October and 200 Mb/d below the 2025 year-to-date (YTD) average. Month-on-month declines were recorded out of the Houston, Beaumont, and Louisiana regions, with Corpus Christi being the only region posting a small gain month-on-month.
