As discussed in this week's Crude Voyager, crude oil exports out of the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) rose sharply for the week ended April 24, jumping 13% week-over-week to 5.8 MMb/d (far right of chart below), the highest weekly volume observed by RBN. All load regions in the Gulf Coast held strong, each operating well above their year-to-date (YTD) averages, with a combined ~880 Mb/d increase in Beaumont and Louisiana volumes more than offsetting modest declines in Houston and Corpus Christi.
