As discussed in RBN’s Canadian NatGas Billboard, utilizing our model-based estimates for gas flow to LNG Canada yields a record 764 MMcf on October 6 (red circle in chart below) and appears consistent with additional liquefaction activity taking place that may be tied to the start up of Train 2. Our gas flow modeling for LNG Canada utilizes partial daily pipeline flow data, monthly data from the British Columbia Energy Regulator (BCER), as well as the latest LNG tanker loadings from ship tracking agencies. Train 2’s notional gas intake capacity is estimated to be 1 Bcf/d.
