For the first time in two years (almost to the day), the Dutch TTF and Asia JKM prices dropped below $10/MMbtu last week (purple dashed circle, right graph below).   TTF settled on Friday at $30.18 euros/MWh, which converts to $9.66/MMbtu, while JKM settled on Friday at $9.84/MMbtu.  The last time these prices were below $10/MMbtu was May 23, 2021, before the run up into the $70 and $100 range in March 2022 (left graph).

Prices have continued to slowly slide this year amid low seasonal demand and high inventories.   TTF is about 1/3 the level seen last May when extremely low storage inventories put increased pressure on continental European prices.
