Last week, natural gas production in the Permian Basin ranged from 20.7 Bcf/d to 20.79 Bcf/d, averaging 20.76 Bcf/d, down 0.22 Bcf/d, with lower supply receipts on El Paso Pipeline. El Paso had another force majeure event on June 10, this time just downstream of the Pecos River Compressor Station in Eddy County, New Mexico and Culberson County, Texas. Some gas is still flowing through the compressor station but flows at that station as well as the Guadalupe Station have been planned to be reduced by about 330 MMcf/d for the remainder of the month. Maintenance work on El Paso pipeline is an ongoing issue for the basin.
