Crude oil flows from the Permian Basin to the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) dipped in March, decreasing to 5.54 MMb/d. Despite this decline, March still ranks as the third highest monthly flows to the USGC, approximately 95 Mb/d below both December 2023 and February 2024. Flows to Houston (blue section of graphic below) and Corpus Christi (aqua section) were both down, while Nederland/Beaumont (orange section) saw a month-on-month increase.
