Crude oil flows from the Permian Basin to the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) rebounded in February, reaching 5.64 MMb/d, following a cold snap in January. This marks the second highest monthly flows to the USGC, less than 1 Mb/d shy of December 2023. Flows to Houston and Corpus Christi increased, while Beaumont saw a slight month-on-month decrease.
