Data from the Crude Voyager report shows that even though weekly crude oil loadings across the U.S. Gulf Coast fell by 400 Mb/d, overall shipments remained over 4.2 MMb/d for the week ended April 28. With this, loadings for most of April averaged 4.4 MMb/d — the highest monthly shipment from the Gulf Coast, up 450 Mb/d from the previous month.
