The Crude Voyager Report shows that crude oil exports across the USGC soared by 1.7 MMb/d to 5.3 MMb/d for the week ended September 22 — the highest weekly volume on record. Most of the incremental barrels were noted from the Corpus Christi region, which loaded a record 3.4 MMb/d, up 1.5 MMb/d from the previous week and 514 Mb/d higher than the previous record set five months earlier. The Houston region loaded near-record volumes at 1.3 MMb/d, up 521 Mb/d from the previous week. Shipments from the Beaumont region rose by 93 Mb/d to 279 Mb/d, while cargoes from the Louisiana area fell by 379 Mb/d to 279 Mb/d. With these cargoes, month-to-date loadings for September are estimated at 4.1 MMb/d, with Corpus Christi accounting for 62% of the total. The year-to-date volumes are estimated over 3.7 MMb/d, up from 3.1 MMb/d noted at the same time last year.
