Bio:
Mr. Cooper currently serves as Managing Director of Research for Cypress Energy, LP, an energy trading commodity fund in Houston, TX. Beginning in March 2006 and continuing through today, Mr. Cooper also performs duties as Director of Research at IAF Advisors, an energy consulting services firm where he conducts fundamental supply/demand analysis of the natural gas and petroleum markets.

Mr. Cooper previously served as a Managing Partner at BTU Capital Management from April 2010 until August 2011. Mr. Cooper was Managing Director of Research for Velite Capital Management, LLC, an energy commodity trading firm, from March 2006 to January 2010. His primary role was fundamental supply/demand analysis of the natural gas and petroleum markets purposed to developing price and market points of view. Previously he was VP of Energy Futures Research at Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup Global Markets, worked at El Paso Energy, Enserch Energy/TXU Energy Trading, and Koch Pipeline Company.
