The EIA reported that total U.S. propane/propylene inventories had a draw of 597 Mbbl for the week ended April 28, well below industry expectations for a 1.5-MMbbl build. Total U.S. propane stocks are now at 58.3 MMbbl, which is 13.2 MMbbl, or 29%, above the 5-year average.
