The EIA reported total U.S. propane/propylene inventories had a build of 982 Mbbl for the week ended March 28, which was more than industry expectations for a draw of 240 Mbbl and the average draw for the week of 192 Mbbl. Total U.S. propane stocks are now at 44.1 MMbbl, which is 7.7 MMbbl, or 15%, less than the same week in 2024 and 15 MMbbl, or 25%, less than the 5-year maximum. Inventories are 3.9 MMbbl, or 8%, below the 5-year average.
