Rigs were added in the Permian (+2) and All Other (+1), while the Anadarko (-1) and Bakken (-1) lost rigs. Total rig count is up 10 in the last 90 days, and down 35 from this week a year ago. Oil-directed rigs climbed to 417 (+3) on the week, with gas-directed rigs dropping to 125 (-3) and miscellaneous rigs up to 7 (+1).
