Crude oil loadings across the U.S. Gulf Coast dropped to 3.9 MMb/d last week from 4.2 MMb/d a week earlier, decreasing the four-week moving average (blue line in chart below) slightly to 3.6 MMb/d, which is approximately 0.6 MMb/d lower than March. Last week’s average was 0.3 MMb/d below the average exports in Q1 2024. Exports were up in Houston but down at Beaumont, Louisiana and Corpus Christi.
