Data from the Crude Voyager report shows that crude oil loadings across the U.S. Gulf Coast fell for the fourth straight week and were estimated at 3 MMb/d for the week ended May 19, down 314 Mb/d from the previous week. This was the lowest volume in nearly 18 weeks, or since the first week of this year. All regions, except for the Corpus Christi area, loaded fewer cargoes last week.
