Gray Oak Pipeline LLC sanctioned a 120-Mb/d expansion of the pipeline, operated by Enbridge, following a successful open season. The expansion will have a phased in-service date and is expected to be fully online in 2026. While the 850-mile crude oil pipeline system extends from various origins in West Texas, the expansion capacity will originate from Crane, TX. Gray Oak’s destination points include Corpus Christi, Ingleside and Freeport. The expansion capacity is to Corpus/Ingleside to accommodate growing demand for crude exports at Enbridge’s Ingleside Energy Center (EIEC). This facility remains highly utilized. In fact, according to our Crude Voyager report, EIEC recently set both new daily and quarterly export records.
