Analysis & Insights

U.S. LNG feedgas demand moved higher last week as Golden Pass LNG restarted after a brief shutdown. Overall U.S. LNG feedgas demand remains strong, with most terminals operating at full operations. Canada LNG exports are at a record level, while U.S. exports are still a little below peak winter levels. Exports should climb as commissioning progresses at Golden Pass and Corpus Christi Stage III. On the project development side, Texas LNG advanced toward FID after Glenfarne authorized early construction work at the proposed South Texas terminal.
