- U.S. Feedgas Demand Strengthens
- Gulf Coast Terminals Back at Peak Winter Operations
- Cold Northeast Temps Weigh on Cove Point and Elba
U.S. LNG feedgas demand rebounded sharply last week as Gulf Coast terminals returned to peak winter operations following Winter Storm Fern. Feedgas demand remains softer at Cove Point and Elba Island, where lingering cold weather and elevated regional prices continue to divert gas back into domestic markets. As temperatures warm in the Northeast, intake at those terminals is expected to normalize.
