Crude prices climbed week-over-week, posting their largest gain since mid-June amid new U.S. and EU sanctions targeting Russian producers and infrastructure. WTI at Midland and Houston both started the week softer before rebounding some but still narrowing differentials to DSW week-on-week. WTI Ex-Basin traded at its highest premium to WTI Houston since early August. We now have June 2025 Permian eastbound flows fully captured, showing a decline from May’s record high to the lowest since February, led by lower volumes to Houston.
