Highlights
  • U.S. LNG Feedgas Dips Slightly, but Remains Strong
  • LNG Exports Continue Heading To Europe
Analysis & Insights

U.S. LNG feedgas demand dipped last week with operational disruptions at Freeport and Corpus Christi, but intake has already bounced back. An unplanned outage at Freeport kept feedgas reduced for most of last week, while pipeline maintenance briefly curbed intake at Corpus Christi. Global gas prices rallied amid cold weather in Europe, reigniting storage concerns. Texas LNG, a proposed terminal in South Texas, secured its final offtake contract. The project is now commercially sold out and is eyeing FID early this year.
