Weekly exports of propane, as reported by the EIA on April 19, reached an all-time high for the week ending April 14. Exports went up by 394 Mbbl/d to 1.85 MMbbl/d, which was above the four-week average of 1.61 MMbbl/d. Propane exports for the week were also well above the 2022 annual average rate of 1.38 MMbb/d. As shown on the chart below, exports have been robust so far in 2023 with weekly exports averaging 384 Mb/d more than the same period last year.
