The EIA reported total U.S. propane/propylene inventories increased by 4.1 MMbbl for the week ended March 27, well above industry expectations of a 414 Mbbl build, with stocks now at their highest level for the same week on record. Total inventories stand at 77 MMbbl, up 32.9 MMbbl, or 75%, from the same week in 2025 and 21.3 MMbbl, or 38%, above the five-year maximum, while also 32 MMbbl, or 71%, above the five-year average.
