Crude oil flows from the Permian Basin to Corpus Christi saw a decline in March 2024, dropping by 33 Mb/d to 2.23 MMb/d compared to February’s 2.27 MMb/d (see blue line in the graph below), according to data from the Texas Railroad Commission. Including Eagle Ford volumes picked up along the way, these pipelines totaled 2.45 MMb/d, or 96% utilization, in March, indicating they were nearly full.
