The EIA released a statement on October 19th at around 12pm CST announcing that it will briefly delay data releases from November 8-10. This will notably affect the Weekly Petroleum Status Report (WPSR) as well as the Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report (WNGSR) to be released on November 8th and 9th respectively. EIA will instead release a double feature the following week, providing two weeks of official statistics for both the WPSR and WNGSR on November 15th and 16th.
The EIA will continue to collect the data for these reports and others affected by the schedule disruption. The disruption is due to a “planned systems upgrade”. You can see the full press release below:

Curious if this has ever happened before? Have there been instances without data being released for 2+ weeks...

We've been watching this stuff for a long time and we don't recall something similar happening in recent memory.
